My experience with TJ's Transportation was far from ideal. The whole process felt like a chore, from the confusing booking system to unexpected fees at pickup. Also, the vehicle was not in the best shape and that really put a damper on my trip. I expected better service and honesty from a company like this.

Honestly, TJ's Transportation was just OK. Not much enthusiasm from the staff and the car was not as clean as I expected. If they polished up their customer service and gave their fleet a good makeover, they might really stand out. At this point, I'd look elsewhere for my next rental.

Man, gotta keep it real - rental was kinda wack. Rides dirty, peeps actin’ like they don’t care. I hit ’em up bout some slick service but got cold vibes back. Not the move if you want smooth vibes and a fresh whip to cruise. Hope TJ steps up their game cuz this ain’t it.

The vehicle selection at TJ's Transportation was quite limited, which was disappointing. Moreover, the pickup took longer than expected, causing some inconvenience to my schedule. Their support team was polite but not very efficient in resolving the delays promptly. I hope the company expands its fleet and streamlines operations to better serve customers.

From the beginning, communication was poor - emails were not promptly answered, and the vehicle had mechanical troubles shortly after pickup. It caused a lot of inconvenience and stress during what should have been a smooth trip. Sadly, I cannot recommend TJ's Transportation based on this experience.

Booking with TJ's Transportation wasn't the fastest, and the car wasn't exactly fresh off the lot. The interior needed a good clean, but it did get me from point A to point B. I reckon they could do better with both the cars and customer experience, but it wasn't the worst rental I've had either.

The car was okay but the overall experience was frustrating. Not sure I'd use them again given my experience, but hopefully things improve.
